The noble tannins of chestnut wood give this balsamic a dark brown color and an incomparable intensity. On the nose, it is typical of balsamic with a spicy dominant. At tasting, the balsamic chestnut vinegar is slightly creamy, well structured with aromas of black fruit, undergrowth and a sweet finish of glazed chestnut.
With its notes of roasted chestnuts, it evokes autumn.
And it is no coincidence that its intensity combines perfectly with meat and game; and that it can also accompany cheeses and desserts.
